1. Find joy, happiness and love inside first.
2. Avoid extremes; Our bodies and minds operate better in a balanced life.
3. Be committed to not being content; we are here to grow.
4. We are what we consume both physically and mentally.
5. Keep an open Mind but discard anything that’s not rooted in love.
6. Love yourself to overflowing, before trying to give love to others.
7. Respect the connection of all things.
8. Strive to be in a constant state of awareness as we go about our day.
9. Live in the Now; be the director not the viewer of your life movie.
10. Don’t force life, follow the signs that will appear when we learn to let go.
